When you send an inquiry, we collect the details you choose to provide, including names, email, phone, wedding date, venue or destination, service interests, budget range, and your message. If you email or call us directly, we keep the information needed to reply and plan coverage.

We use inquiry details to confirm availability, recommend coverage, prepare proposals, communicate about planning, deliver galleries or films, and maintain studio records. We do not sell inquiry information.

We may use trusted tools for website hosting, email delivery, client galleries, scheduling, contracts, payments, analytics, and file delivery. These providers process information only so we can run the studio and serve clients.

We keep inquiry and project records as long as reasonably needed for communication, legal, accounting, portfolio, and client-service purposes. You can ask us to update or delete personal contact information where we are not required to keep it.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing contact@colorblast.in. California and international clients may have additional rights depending on location and applicable law.

Wedding photographs and films may be used for portfolio, editorial, social, and marketing purposes when permitted by the client agreement or other consent. Tell us before booking if privacy, cultural, venue, or guest restrictions apply.
