An urban engagement session across Melrose Avenue, Santa Monica, and Venice with a couple visiting from Brazil.
Henrique and Maria are from Brazil. While they were on a visit to LA, ColorBlast Weddings had the pleasure of partnering with them for their engagement photography session.
We get a number of couples that have their engagement session in California, with a destination wedding somewhere else. Henrique and Maria wanted an urban engagement photo session in Los Angeles. We did a walk on Melrose Avenue, one of LA's most famous streets, featuring a myriad of shopping, dining and entertainment destinations, and the coastal city of Santa Monica. We explored the beaches and canals of Venice and took some fun photos in West Hollywood. There is so much texture and colour in LA, which provided a great backdrop for the happy couple.
We started the day off with casual attire. The couple's vibe was super chill, which made it feel like we were just hanging out with old friends. As the day progressed, Henrique and Maria made a few different clothing choices which stood out beautifully against the various backdrops.
